Southwestern Electric Cooperative has implemented a moratorium on service disconnections for non-payment and late fees for both residential and commercial accounts through May 31st.
"All members, whether you have a traditional or Pay As You Go account, are encouraged to pay what you can during this time to better manage your balance and current bill," said CEO Bobby Williams.
