Coming to Inboxes in June
As a member-owner of Southwestern Electric Cooperative, you have something customers of investor-owned utilities don't: a say in how your utility operates. In June, we're launching a member survey, and your participation is instrumental in keeping Southwestern Electric responsive to your needs.
Why Your Opinion Matters
Unlike investor-owned utilities which answer to shareholders, Southwestern Electric exists to serve you. The decisions we make about rates, services, programs and infrastructure investments reflect your priorities and preferences. Your survey responses don't just inform our plans for the future—they drive them.
When you participate in our member survey, you're exercising the democratic principles that set cooperatives apart. Your input helps us prioritize everything from system improvements to energy efficiency initiatives. The feedback you share shapes our strategic direction for years to come.

In June, we'll be distributing our member survey via email to a random sampling of our membership. If you're selected to participate, please take a few minutes to share your thoughts—you'll be representing the voice of our entire membership.
